How to Check Stock Availability in SAP B1

If you are new to SAP Business One, maybe you don't know how to access remaining stock in the warehouse. There are many ways to easily check stock availability in SAP Business One. One way is through the Item Master Data window, and here are the steps:

1.    On the SAP Business One main menu, select the Inventory menu > Item Master Data or, in the search field, type Item Master Data.

2.    Find the Item you want to know about Stock Availability.

3.    Select the Inventory Data tab.

4.    There is stock information for each warehouse:

·       In Stock : Items that are physically available in the Warehouse.

·       Committed : Items that will be used both for sale and for production/internal component needs.

·       Ordered : Items ordered/to be produced.

·       Available : Total number of items (Stock – Committed + Ordered)
